みかんソサエティー和歌山は、昨年に引き続きNPO法人柑橘ソムリエ愛媛と共催で「柑橘ソムリエ講座」を 2025年2月14日(金)〜16日(日)の３日間わたり、和歌山県田辺市にて実施することになりましたのでお知らせいたします。
柑橘ソムリエ講座とは？ 「ワインや野菜みたいに、柑橘にもソムリエがいたら面白いんじゃない？」――そんな愛媛の柑橘農家さんたちの会話がきっかけで誕生したのが、この「柑橘ソムリエライセンス制度」です。 この講座では、柑橘の魅力を最大限に楽しみ、その価値を発信できるプロフェッショナルを育成します！ 3日間連続で実施され、最終日には合否試験も行われます。
全国各地から集まる柑橘好きな仲間たちと一緒に、深く学び、熱く語り合う機会をぜひお楽しみください！

Mikan Society Wakayama is pleased to announce that, following last year, we will once again co-host the “Citrus Sommelier Course” together with the NPO Citrus Sommelier Ehime. The three-day program will take place in Tanabe City, Wakayama, from February 14 (Fri) to 16 (Sun), 2025.
What is the Citrus Sommelier Course?
It all began with a casual conversation among citrus farmers in Ehime: “Wouldn’t it be interesting if citrus had sommeliers, just like wine or vegetables?” From that idea, the Citrus Sommelier License Program was born.
This course trains professionals who can fully appreciate the appeal of citrus and share its value with others. Held over three consecutive days, the program concludes with a certification exam on the final day.
Join fellow citrus enthusiasts from across Japan to learn in depth, exchange passionate ideas, and enjoy this unique experience together!
